Torres del Paine
National Park is located in southern Chilean Patagonia. It consists of mountains,
glaciers, lakes, and rivers. It measured approximately 242,242 hectares and is
one of the largest and most visited parks in Chile.
In the park the transportation
is mostly by foot. Because there is busses but they are quite expensive and
infrequent. This is also because the park is famous for its hiking trail which
of course must be done on foot. Some of the worth mentioning trails are the los
cuernos, the French valley, and last but not least the mirador las torres.
